The client remains fully clothed, please wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing.
I use hand positions over and lightly touching your body. You will be blanketed and listening to soft music playing. I use a variety of crystals in this practice.

Sound Healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses vibration (vocal or instrumental) in order to relax your mind and body. Human bodies are 65% water, which is a great conductor for vibration. These vibrations can have a multiple effect on a body; vibrations can lead your brainwaves into a Theta meditative state of contemplation or relaxation, shutting off your bodies fight or flight reflex, it also balances the left and right brain hemisphere. Through vibrations and audible sound, this therapeutic practice reroutes old thought patterns and creates new neural pathways, which in turn allows for your brain to realign your energy body and create a path for healing trauma. Benefits are relaxation response, sleep disorders, reduces anxiety and depression, reduces blood pressure, alleviates symptoms of chronic stress and harmonizes the Body, Mind and Spirit.

My Story
​
Allow me to introduce myself. I am an eighth generation, Floridian, and spent my formative years growing up on my ancestors, turpentine and cattle farm just south of Tallahassee. This led me to have a keen stewardship for our natural resources. Listening to the land and honoring its consciousness.
After a near death experience in 2015, I had a kundalini, spiritual awakening, which opened my super sensory abilities. This shift in my life, led me on my path of Divine purpose, specializing in sound frequency, and shamanic healing. Allowing myself to become a conduit for healing for my clients to open energy blockages in the auric field and physical body, which can allow an awakening to your highest potential.
My specialty lies in my professional and intuitive skills. Enhanced over decade by tuning fork therapy in my massage and energy sessions. I tailor my, “Harmony” massage to each bodies needs with my focus on mind, body and spirit. Warm stones and towels along with aroma therapy are complimentary to you for a complete harmonizing experience.
As a Master in Usui Reiki and Sound Alchemist, I offer a combination of Reiki and sound frequency to my practice. This allows for a deep integration of calm healing. For nearly a decade, I have worked with vibrational medicine.
As a founding member of the Luminary. My vision is to promote resources of learning through teaching with spiritual and metaphysical guidance.
